What is the minimum purchase I have to do to resell?
The minimum is R$800.00 per order, shipping not included.
How much is the shipping?
The client pays the shipping. The price varies according to the city and region the client is in. With the approved registration on our website, you can check the shipping price in your shopping cart with your postal code.
How long does it take for me to get the products after buying them?
The shipping time varies according to the region and city and it’s informed on the shopping cart. The shipping time starts counting after the payment is approved. You’ll receive an email with details to track your order.
Can I get samples of the products before selling them?
Unfortunately we don’t send samples before your purchase. Samples are sent along with your order depending on the availability.
How does it work to export products?
We also work with clients in different countries, after authorization according to each country’s regulamentation. Check your country’s customs and how it works to receive cosmetics from abroad.
I bought a product, how can I track the shipping?
After the product is sent, you’ll receive on WhatsApp a tracking code to follow your order so you can identify when the product will arrive.
Which regions do you ship to?
We fastly ship our orders to every part of Brazil. Check the shipping time to your location.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We work with the intermediaries GetNet, Vindi and Mercado Pago and we guarantee 100% the protection, secrecy and safety of your purchase. Your card's data is encrypted and sent directly to the card’s provider without keeping any data in our system. The approval happens instantly or with one working day and the purchases can be paid up until 5 installments with no interest.
